Job description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (the “PA”) to work with an Executive (the “Executive”) on her business and personal needs. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is resourceful, flexible, adaptable, as well as enthusiastic, energetic, patient and detailed oriented. Given that the Executive travels very frequently and for long periods, this role will require the PA to work with the Executive remotely, adapt to the fast-paced lifestyle of the Executive, as well as take care of the family of the Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly or remotely with the Executive to support all aspects of her work and personal matters, including making travel arrangements (both domestic and international), managing her and her family’s calendar, including her mother and children
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Perform driving services to the Executive or her family should the needs arise
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 8-10 years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
  • Proficient with software or apps such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Skype, Zoom, Xero, etc
  • Attention to details, highly organised, great sense of discernment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Able to think and improvise independently, to trouble shoot and problem-solve
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin are required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
