A leading corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Assistant to support an Executive in both business and personal needs. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, be proficient in various software applications, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. This position accommodates a remote work model, enabling the Assistant to manage travel arrangements and personal affairs of the Executive's family, ensuring a smooth operation in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant (the “PA”) to work with an Executive (the “Executive”) on her business and personal needs. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is resourceful, flexible, adaptable, as well as enthusiastic, energetic, patient and detailed oriented. Given that the Executive travels very frequently and for long periods, this role will require the PA to work with the Executive remotely, adapt to the fast-paced lifestyle of the Executive, as well as take care of the family of the Executive.
