About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our growing team at Asset Nusa Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru. In this full‑time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the daily calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives
  • Coordinating and arranging domestic and international travel logistics
  • Preparing and proofreading a variety of correspondence, letters, emails, reports, and presentations
  • Screening and responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries on behalf of executives
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and records management
  • Assisting with project management tasks and special initiatives as needed
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drafting letters, emails, notices and SOP as required by senior executives
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of business etiquette and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Able to converse fluently in Mandarin, English and Malay
