Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level secretarial and administrative duties to management.
  2. Handle business correspondence and confidential documents with discretion.
  3. Act as a liaison between executives and internal departments, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  4. Coordinate and prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, and business documents.
  5. Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, company governance, regulatory requirements, and procedures.
  7. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and can prioritise efficiently.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  9. Hold a valid driving license and be responsible for transporting supervisor to various business events.
  10. Perform ad-hoc duties, personal matters, and special assignments as required.
Requirements
  1. Diploma and above in Business Admin related field, proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in administrative support with more than 5 years experience, data centre industry is preferred.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia can be used as working language.
  3. Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  5. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  7. Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and able to meet the needs of management and the organization.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  9. Hold a valid driving license D class.
