The SEA People Performance & Evaluation (Career Development) Specialist is part of the People Team in Southeast Asia (SEA). Working together with the Career Development and Integration Manager, he/she will provide support to the performance evaluation & career discussion process for consultants. The person will also work closely with members of the Consulting Team and the broader Consulting HR team at both the SEA, Asia Pacific and Global levels to deliver an excellent evaluation and review process for the SEA Consulting team.
A successful candidate for the role needs to be well-organized, service oriented, efficient and smart. He/she enjoys a dynamic working environment partnering with stakeholders across different levels and has a strong strive for excellence. He/she should also have strong interest to learn about the role; and is motivated to develop new ideas to continually improve the process for the Consulting Team.
He/she also needs to be experienced in managing large amount of data and performing analysis using Excel and drawing relevant insights.
