Payroll Specialist (Near to Public Transport)

Company Background: We are representing a well known multi national company and they are looking for a meticulous and experienced HR Executive specializing in Payroll to join the team at Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes for a workforce of over 100 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.

Administer statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.) and maintain compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Maintain, update, and reconcile payroll records using payroll systems and Excel.

Handle payroll-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance to employees.

Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and reporting.

Assist with HR reporting and provide data insights related to payroll and employee compensation.

Continuously review payroll processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in HR with a focus on payroll management.

Hands‑on experience using payroll systems.

Experience managing payroll for more than 100 employees is preferred.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Able to communicate effectively in English.
