Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Selangor is seeking individuals for a customer service role to assist patients and visitors at their facility. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding individuals, maintaining a positive demeanor, and providing assistance as needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and those with experience in customer contact are preferred. This position requires a willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with on-the-job training and uniforms provided.

Job Scope:
  • To be stationed at respective areas as assigned either at the lobby driveways and within the hospital premises.
  • To welcome and greet all customers and patients by opening doors to vehicles and assisting with luggage if required.
  • To use a warm & polite tone in greeting all customers and patients.
  • To ensure pleasant facial expression and body posture while stationed at assigned area.
  • To keep updated with all the new information regarding hospitals, i.e. consultant directories and facilities in the hospitals.
  • Other miscellaneous work as required or instructed by the Reporting Officer (RO).
Routine and Scheduled Tasks:
  • Be stationed and control crowd at each respective areas as assigned (i.e. lift & counter area).
  • Provide assistance & support to customers and patients and attend to all their enquiries.
  • Direct customers and patients to their desired locations.
  • Assist customers and patients to fill up the Patient Experience Cempia via QR code/tablets.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Has working experience with direct contact i.e. customers/patients is an added advantage.
  • Willing to 6 days/week on staggered hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • On the job training & uniform will be provided!
