A multinational company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a People & Culture Business Partner to coach line managers and ensure high-performing teams. Responsibilities include providing advisory support on people-related topics, aligning with local legislation, and driving performance development. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, HR experience in a multinational environment, and strong interpersonal skills. This role is hybrid, with up to 10% travel expected.
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting line managers to handle engaged, high-performing teams, using sound technical capabilities to provide day-to-day advice, case management, line manager support for critical "moments that matter" and project delivery in line with the business' people plan, local legislation, BP policy and standard process.
