Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of bakery staff members. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.

Collaborate with the operations team to understand customer preferences and feedback, ensuring that bakery products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Ensure all bakery items meet quality standards and implement measures to maintain product excellence.

Develop strategies to drive sales and increase revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, attract new customers, and enhance the visibility of our bakery outlet in the local community.

Optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or service.

Prepare reports on sales and inventory, maintain accurate records, and communicate with senior management.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the bakery outlet.
