Get to know the Role

We are seeking an Operator to support daily production activities, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met. This role involves assisting technicians, maintaining machines, completing documentation, and contributing to smooth production operations. The Operator will help maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting the team in achieving production goals.

• To support and assist the Technician in production process operation to achieve set targets of quality and production output.
• Maintain process, machine and area cleanliness to ensure continuous machine and process operation.
• Performs job per requirement in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).
• Complete all data recording for machine checklist, shift production report and other documentation related.
• Responsible for filing, keeping track and housekeeping all related documents your machine.
• Able to report and consult immediate superior on abnormalities on machine/process.
• Responsible for ensuring 5S during process operation, machine cleaning and housekeeping.
• Provide and standby the specified raw material prior to production starts.

Skills and Competencies Profile

• SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) with passes in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, and Science.
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
