Position: Operation Manager. Job Type: Full‑Time. Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000++ per month. Location: Based at HQ with travel required across Love A Loaf branches.
Job Purpose: Ensure smooth store operations while driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations and order coordination.
- Conduct internal audits (cleanliness, display, product quality, staff performance).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and operating costs.
- Lead and evaluate store leaders and staff.
- Provide staff training on SOPs, product knowledge and customer service.
- Handle major customer complaints and emergencies.
- Improve store efficiency and implement marketing suggestions.
Business Development
- Work with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
- Develop B2B sales strategies (corporate sales, wholesale, events, activations).
- Identify and build relationships with business clients.
- Prepare business proposals to win new accounts.
- Lead planning for events and store promotions.
HR & Leadership
- Conduct interviews and exit interviews.
- Plan and lead department meetings and team building activities.
- Recommend rewards, promotions and performance improvements.
- Ensure staff follow company policies and uphold company values.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monthly reports: sales, best/worst‑selling products, COGS, P&L.
- Store audit and training reports.
- Quarterly appraisal reports.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or above.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in F&B, retail & hospitality (with at least 3 years in management).
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (Compulsory).
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication and analytical skills.
- Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, ERP systems.
- Food Handling Cert. (SLPM) & Typhoid Injection? (Preferred).
