MTR is a growing local logistics company and is the largest consolidator in freight forwarding from West Malaysia to East Malaysia. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning of shipments, customs declaration, and more.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily shipments operations including shipping plan, directing, controlling, and coordinating.

You will play an important role in:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.

Supervise orders and arrange stocking of equipment to ensure they meet needs.

Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

Job Requirements

You must at least possess a Bachelors Degree

Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
