Job summary

A corporate organization in Subang Jaya is seeking an Operations Support Assistant. The role involves assisting in the planning and organization of daily tasks, facilitating communication between departments, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to executives.   • Assist in planning and organizing daily tasks for Operation Coordinators.
  • Support communication between Operations and Marketing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for the team.
  • Provide administrative support to Executives.

Skills

Job description

Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily tasks for Operation Coordinators and Translators to support smooth workflow and timely execution.

Support communication between Operations and Marketing departments by gathering information and responding to requests through official channels.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as instructed by Management.

Help coordinate duty schedules, task briefings, and meetings for Operation Coordinators and Translators.

Provide administrative and operational support to Executives and Senior Executives to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Carry out ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required by Management.

Job Requirements
  • Possess SPM qualification or above.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (prior experience is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Willing to learn, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
