We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to oversee and support our operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure smooth workflow across multiple sites, and maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise on-site teams, and assist in training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue, and customer feedback; recommend operational improvements.
  • Ensure accurate revenue collection, audit compliance, and financial integrity.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and ensure consistent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation for management review.
  • Support management in implementing strategic initiatives, technology upgrades, and workflow improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in parking operations or facility management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
