About the role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to join our team at TATSUNO ENGINEERING & SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As the Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities to meet business objectives and KPIs
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operational staff to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards
