Job description

As the Operations Manager at KyoChon Sdn Bhd, you will play a strategic and impactful role in leading and optimizing the operational performance of our outlets across the Klang Valley. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, driving sales targets, maintaining exceptional food quality, and enhancing customer experience. This position requires a strong operations leader with the ability to manage multi-outlet performance while upholding the brand standards KyoChon is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations for all KyoChon outlets within the region.
• Develop sales strategies, outlet budgets, and achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Monitor outlet sales reports, cost controls, profitability and business performance trends.
• Ensure consistent service quality, hygiene, food standards and compliance with operational SOPs.
• Manage and mentor outlet-level managers (e.g. Outlet Manager, Area Managers and operational teams)
• Work closely with HQ departments including Business Development, Marketing, Supply Chain & Quality Control to align promotions, supply, and operational policies.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvement and cost optimization.
• Identify areas for improvement across outlets — operations, service, customer satisfaction, stock/control, cost management.
• Drive standardization across all stores (e.g. customer service, hygiene, SOP adherence) and ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in F&B operations management (multi-outlet experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, sales performance and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Willing to travel to various outlets and able to work extended hours when required.
