Job summary

A dynamic eCommerce company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities include coordinating with 3PL providers, ensuring product listings are accurate, and tracking order statuses. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations or logistics. Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. The role requires independence, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in relevant tools.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, admin, or logistics (preferably in FMCG or startup).
  • Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers and external warehouses.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Oversee day-to-day fulfilment of all customer orders and internal stock movements

Coordinate with 3PL warehouse, packing, and courier service providers for smooth delivery.

Oversee inventory control: stock monitoring, replenishment, and reporting.

Ensure product listings are updated (pricing, stock availability, promotions).

Track order status, handle returns/exchanges, and resolve operational issues.

Support marketing and sales teams during campaigns (flash sales, festive promos, vouchers, internal sampling and etc.).

Prepare operational reports on sales, inventory, and order performance.

Ensure compliance with platform rules, company SOPs, and service level agreements.

Identify process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer experience.

Provide administrative support to management and cross-functional departments.

Undertake other duties as assigned by the superior until full closure

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, admin, or logistics (preferably in FMCG or startup)

Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers and external warehouses

Familiarfontswith e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, etc.).
