On-site Telco Customer Service - Mandarin Language (Tech Graduates)

Advise customers on product inquiries, including comparisons and recommendations. Highlight features and benefits to convince them why a specific product is the perfect fit for their needs.

Diagnose and resolve customer issues with laptops, watches, earbuds, speakers, TVs, and mobile devices.

Be a communication whiz, assisting customers via live chat, phone calls, and email.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Possess a strong understanding of electronics, especially mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart wearables, and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• Experience with mobile devices, computers, or related fields is a plus
• Comfortable with rotational shift (incl. night shift and rotational weekly off)
• Can join immediately (Expected intake date: 26 Jan 2026)
