Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Administration Manager to lead and oversee the Group’s administrative operations, warehouse and inventory management, facilities, SOP compliance, and safety standards.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for an accountable leader who takes ownership of outcomes and delivers results in a fast‑moving operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily administrative and office operations across the Group.
  • Supervise and monitor administrative, warehouse, maintenance, and outsourced service teams.
  • Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including stock control, movements, documentation, and periodic stock takes.
  • Manage office facilities, company properties, vehicles, equipment, and maintenance arrangements.
  • Handle procurement activities, including vendors, quotations, negotiations, budgets, licenses, insurance, and renewals.
  • Develop, implement, review, and enforce administrative, warehouse, and inventory SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, working with internal safety teams and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare management reports on costs, vendors, inventory status, risks, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate office upgrading, renovation, and space planning, ensuring cost control and minimal operational disruption.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for assigned operations and ensure timely execution, including during peak periods.
  • Provide leadership support beyond standard office hours when operationally required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Operations, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and enforcing operational standards.
  • Strong planning and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong process thinking, with the ability to design, improve, and enforce structured workflows and SOPs.
  • Hands‑on, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, vendors, and management.
  • Comfortable working in a demanding operational environment with clear accountability for outcomes.
