Qualifications

Job Title: MRO Site Quality Manager/Director – Aerospace Repair Solutions

A global aerospace organisation is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality, compliance, and certification within a regulated Part 145 MRO environment.

This is a senior site role, partnering closely with operational and leadership teams to ensure a strong quality culture, robust QMS/BMS, and continued regulatory approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the site QMS/BMS
  • Ensure full compliance with EASA Part 145, aviation regulations, and customer requirements
  • Act as the primary interface with regulators, certification bodies, and customers
  • Plan, lead, and host internal, customer, and external audits
  • Drive risk management, RCCA, and closure of non-conformances
  • Support delivery of site performance and business objectives through quality leadership
Key Requirements
  • Proven senior quality leadership within an EASA Part 145 MRO environment
  • Strong knowledge of AS/EN 9110, ISO 9001, and aviation authority regulations (EASA, FAA, UK CAA, etc.)
  • Previous Form 4 holder experience with an aviation authority
  • Experienced in audit execution, OASIS, PEAR, and regulatory engagement
  • Confident operating in a matrix organisation with strong influencing skills
