A software development company located in Puchong is seeking a Mid-Level Developer to maintain and enhance their marketing systems. The successful candidate will contribute to various front-end projects, collaborate with marketing to translate needs into solutions, and use AI tools for efficiency. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or those with 1-3 years' experience in software development and familiarity with databases. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarize with and maintain the current CMS system to support marketing operations.
Support and maintain 3rd party systems’ CSS/HTML for front-end adjustments, landing pages, and UI consistency.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy features that enhance marketing operations, promotions, campaign tracking, and customer engagement.
Ensure all marketing-related modules are properly integrated with our existing systems (front-end, back-end, analytics, APIs, etc.).
Collaborate with senior developers to design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
Actively use AI tools (e.g., for coding, testing, workflow automation) as part of daily work.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Assist in evaluating and integrating third-party tools (CRM, analytics, customer engagement platforms).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals are welcome; 1–3 years of experience preferred for mid-level.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and APIs integration.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to support 3rd party system customization.
Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn quickly, and openness to working with AI tools.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, custom CMS, or similar).
Experience in marketing-related systems (CRM, customer data platforms, analytics tools).
Knowledge of BI dashboards (Superset, Looker Studio, or similar).
Exposure to automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
Understanding of customer engagement tools (e.g., Chatwoot, Intercom).
