  • Solid understanding of microwave principles.

Job description
Microwave Integration Engineer - MRO ICT C&SI

Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and integration of microwave transmission equipment (e.g., ODU, IDU, antennas).

Execute alignment and fine‑tuning of microwave links to achieve optimal signal levels and link stability.

Conduct microwave link testing and performance validation, including RSSI/SNR/BER throughput and latency.

Carry out end‑to‑end microwave link integration into the live transport network, ensuring service cut‑over readiness.

Collaborate with the Transmission Planning and Roll‑out team to implement Low‑Level Design (LLD) on‑site.

Perform troubleshooting during and after integration to ensure microwave link quality and reliability.

Ensure all site integration and testing are performed in compliance with project technical standards and safety regulations.

Submit detailed integration reports, test results, and documentation for project acceptance and audit readiness.

Support network optimization by fine‑tuning configurations based on link performance data.

Participate in link protection configuration (1+1, 2+0, XPIC) as per project requirement.

Coordinate with subcontractors and NOC teams for integration window and network impact minimization.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
  • Min 3–5 years of experience in Microwave Transmission integration or network rollout.
  • Familiar with installation and configuration of microwave products.
  • Able to understand and implement Low‑Level Design documents and integration SOPs.
  • Solid understanding of microwave principles (frequency, polarization, modulation, capacity, link budget).
  • Experience in using tools such as Site Master, Spectrum Analyzer, BER Tester, or similar.
  • Familiar with IP/MPLS/Ethernet basic configuration is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and handle on‑site project deadlines.
  • Strong coordination and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to travel to sites and work or integration windows when required.
