• Provide medical consultation services to patients regarding their health screening and diagnostic test results.
• Conduct patient consultations about treatment options and procedures, maintaining professionalism and approachability throughout.
• Educate and clarify healthcare and wellness information to patients.
• Record all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations accurately.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, and medical protocols.
• Manage case reviews and oversee case management in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or manager.
