Medical Claims Analyst (Fresh Graduates/Experienced Hired - HK Region)

Job Responsibilities:
- Process all Life / Accident and Health (A&H) / Major Claims / Corporate Solutions (CS) / Pre‑Approval (PA) claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
- Evaluate and capture all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaires and review all status to ensure efficient adjustment in the claim system.
- Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
- Prepare regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
- Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting templates.
- Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in Medical or Life Claims Assessment.
- Fresh graduates from Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Medical or Food Science background, and Lab Technicians are welcomed to apply, however, this is a medical claims processing position and not a Laboratory position.
- Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin; Ability to read and write in Mandarin is a must to support the HK region.
- Self‑motivated and customer orientated.
- Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.
- Able to adapt to a desk‑bound working environment, including weekend shifts on a rotation basis and overtime beyond normal office hours (including weekends & public holidays).
- Willing to work in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.
- The role is required to follow the Hong Kong working calendar.
