Job summary

A leading agricultural firm in Kuala Rompin is seeking a Purchasing Executive to oversee the planning and issuance of purchase orders for raw and packaging materials. Responsibilities include ensuring supplier deliveries meet specifications, managing vendor registrations, and maintaining customs reports. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Training provided. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Fresh Graduates are also encouraged, training will be provided.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and issue PO for raw and packaging materials.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure deliveries meet specifications.
• Manage SST registration vendor and maintain customs reports.
• Coordinate logistics for collection of materials.
• Conduct monthly stock checks and maintain purchasing records.
