We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Malaysian to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak as a Marketing & Sales Executive.

Job Overview

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing coconut business. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Kuching, managing relationships with vendors, and driving sales for our fresh coconut products and derivatives.

Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Take ownership of the company’s market share growth and see your direct impact on the brand’s presence in Kuching. Identify and approach new B2B clients, including cafes, restaurants, juice bars, supermarkets, and local street vendors across Kuching.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and long-term loyalty.
  • Promotion & Branding: Develop and execute creative marketing ideas (social media, on‑site tastings, or bundling deals) to increase brand awareness.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor daily sales volumes, prepare weekly reports, and achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Market Research: Keep an eye on local competitors and price trends in the Kuching market to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the logistics/delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (experience in the F&B or FMCG industry is a major plus).
  • Education: Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects (Hokkien/Iban) is a significant advantage for communicating with local vendors.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Must be “street‑smart” and comfortable approaching new people.
  • Transport: Must possess a valid driving license (Class D). Company car provided to travel within Kuching area.
  • Attitude: Self‑motivated, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
