Job Description
Marketing Activities (B2C)
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic to physical retail stores, including electronics retailers and other outlets.
- Coordinate promotions with EC platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
In-Store Display & Visual Merchandising
- Propose and plan store displays and promotional materials (e.g., POPs) to effectively highlight product appeal.
- Develop creative ideas to enhance in-store presentation and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with business partners to implement merchandising plans.
Social Media Management & Video Content Creation
- Utilize platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to promote products, run campaigns, and drive traffic to physical stores.
- Plan, produce, and edit video content for YouTube and social media posts.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPI) such as follower growth, engagement rate, and ad performance.
EC Site Management Support
- Support day-to-day operations of EC sites (Shopee, Lazada).
- Assist with product listing management, improving descriptions, and setting up promotions.
- Note: An EC specialist is on the team; this role mainly provides supportive functions.
Job Requirements
- At least 7–10 years of hands‑on B2C marketing experience (covering both online and offline).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong data‑processing abilities.
- Experience in managing EC operations and sales promotions, especially on Shopee and Lazada.
- Social media management skills, including planning, posting, and analyzing content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Design knowledge and experience to communicate effectively with vendors (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe tools).
- Able to work fully onsite at Bandar Puteri Puchong.
Preferred (Advantages)
- Video production skills, including planning, shooting, and editing promotional or product introduction videos for social media.
- Experience in in-store promotions and visual merchandising (VMD), such as creating POP materials, planning displays, organizing shelf layouts, and improving store presentation.
- Work experience in a Japanese company.
