The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This role involves new product development, overseeing various marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the achievement of marketing goals.

To develop marketing plans and strategies that will improve the company's brand standing and attract targeted customers.

To implement effective marketing strategies from conception to completion.

To gather insight and set benchmarks against objectives, tracking and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analyse consumer behaviour.

Perform lead generation campaigns, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, copy writing and brand performance analysis.

Make informative and interesting material for our website and blog that will attract and convert our target groups.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.

To identify new products and services to improve ranging and brand awareness with the ultimate objective of achieving revenue growth and brand equity.

Keep abreast with the most recent developments and industry best practises in online marketing and measurement.

Requirements

Possess BSc Degree in Marketing or related field.

Experience and proven track record in FMCG marketing.

Shown marketing expertise, as well as the learning aptitude and mindset.

Familiar with website analytics tools.

Track record of successfully identifying target markets and developing and directing cross-channel marketing campaigns that inspire, engage and educate.

Familiar working with numbers, understanding metrics and processing data using spreadsheets.

Passion of outstanding writing and communication, as well as an aesthetic sensibility.
