Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the overall Sales and Marketing department, ensuring alignment with company business objectives.
  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies, including branding, digital marketing, and sales-driven campaigns.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives across all social media platforms, including content planning, paid advertising, boosting, campaign optimisation, and performance tracking.
  • Perform data analysis on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, customer behaviour, and return on investment (ROI), and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing events, roadshows, exhibitions, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand positioning and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets, advertising spend, and vendor relationships to maximise cost efficiency and results.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales and Marketing team to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, particularly within the automotive sector.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or sales experience with managerial exposure.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media advertising, paid boosting, and campaign analytics.
  • Proven ability in data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation.
