Job summary

A marketing company in Malaysia is looking for a Marketing Executive, open to junior level candidates. The role involves supporting marketing promotions, maintaining marketing tools, and guiding distributors. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing and 1–3 years of experience in relevant fields. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin required. This position offers opportunities for fresh graduates as well and includes responsibilities such as providing training and analyzing sales performance.

Marketing Executive (Open to Junior Level)
Key Responsibilities

Support marketing promotions, campaigns, and events.

Maintain and update PHHP Business Center (PBC) marketing tools, posters, and resources.

Provide support and guidance to distributors to achieve sales and TA targets.

Handle distributor enquiries, feedback, and provide training/motivational sessions (physical or offline).

Assist in Travel Award (TA) preparation, analysis, and distributor progress tracking.

Coordinate with Branding Department on marketing videos, digital content, and campaign materials.

Monitor and report sales performance, promotion results, and market trends.

Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Carry out any other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or support roles. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Experience with CRM systems and event coordination.

Presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training/sharing sessions.

Willing to travel and support events during non-office hours when required.

Familiarity with the direct selling / MLM industry is preferred.

Good command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (both written and spoken).

Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
