Overview

This is a hands‑on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to segmented audiences using on and offline channels to build brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager in managing various marketing projects and ensuring alignment with the campaign’s objectives by working with different departments and 3rd party agencies and suppliers.

Establish marketing plans to align with strategic initiatives in coordination with the Marketing Manager.

Involve in different projects including thematic campaign, footfall projects, roadshows, etc. These include developing and executing above‑the‑line campaigns (TV, Print, Radio), below‑the‑line activities (activation, sampling, POP, etc.), and other media.

Assist the Marketing Manager by providing support in strategic discussions with different functions and stakeholders and providing relevant analysis of data to support these discussions.

  • Sales Collateral: help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials for the campaign.
  • Campaign Management: manage a variety of end‑to‑end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads, including planning, segmentation, creative, and execution.
  • Content Marketing: propose suitable content for the related brands.
  • Social: post and repurpose content across our social channels for brands.
  • Analysis/ROI: pull together the related data and track/monitor the marketing spend.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience (Marketing/Branding/Digital Marketing).
  • Copywriting skills with a creative flair.
  • Vibrant & dynamic go‑getter.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is an added advantage.
