A leading beauty company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing campaigns, supporting brand awareness through various channels. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Marketing, with vibrant and dynamic characteristics. Responsibilities include campaign management, content creation for social media, and collaborating with different departments. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
This is a hands‑on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to segmented audiences using on and offline channels to build brand awareness.
Support the Marketing Manager in managing various marketing projects and ensuring alignment with the campaign’s objectives by working with different departments and 3rd party agencies and suppliers.
Establish marketing plans to align with strategic initiatives in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
Involve in different projects including thematic campaign, footfall projects, roadshows, etc. These include developing and executing above‑the‑line campaigns (TV, Print, Radio), below‑the‑line activities (activation, sampling, POP, etc.), and other media.
Assist the Marketing Manager by providing support in strategic discussions with different functions and stakeholders and providing relevant analysis of data to support these discussions.
