Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Start ASAP)

Join Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive customer return solutions and lead cross-functional quality improvements in a global semiconductor leader.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive solutions to customer returns
• Serve as a bridge between the business unit quality team and the Assembly Test team
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement solutions
• Lead small cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate root cause analysis and solutions for factory and TI challenges
• Communicate current performance, opportunities, and next steps in internal and external forums
• Interact daily with engineering peer groups inside and outside TI, and occasionally with external customers
• Act as the primary contact for Assembly Test with business unit quality teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 or higher
• Fresh graduate to less than 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions
