HLC EDUCATION SDN BHD is seeking a highly qualified and passionate Mandarin Chinese and Math Teacher to join our dynamic team at our school in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective lessons to our students.

What you’ll be doing
  • Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin Chinese and Math lessons for primary and secondary school students
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and achievement
  • Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt lesson plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate student records and comply with school policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the school
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching skills
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, with a specialisation in Mandarin Chinese and/or Math
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin Chinese and Math at the primary and secondary school level
  • Excellent command of the Mandarin Chinese language, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian secondary school curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset to continuously improve and embrace new teaching methodologies
