Job description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations to achieve customer delivery, quality, safety, and financial performance targets.

  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, disciplined execution, and performance management against key metrics.

  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that enables employee engagement, development, and career growth.

  • Implement, sustain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in alignment with Emerson standards.

  • Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, Emerson corporate policies, and internal governance standards.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing support of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.

  • Formulate and execute short- and long-term strategic plans to support business growth and operational sustainability.

  • Oversee shared service functions across the Nilai campus to ensure effective service delivery and alignment.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external agencies to support business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing management.

  • Proven ability to drive operational performance and deliver customer satisfaction against defined metrics.

  • Strong capability in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across employees, senior leadership, customers, and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing teams in a global or matrix organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality, EHS, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.
