Overview
Training Specialist plays a critical role in designing and implementing innovative learning strategies that enhance stakeholders' performance and drive business success. This role will leverage cutting-edge instructional design principles and learning technologies to create engaging training programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of the stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning experiences that drive learner engagement and knowledge retention; and lead the development of comprehensive training programs by conducting training needs analysis, designing curricula, and evaluating the impact of training initiatives (eg. ROI, number of activated agents etc).
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, workshops, and/or blended learning experiences with minimum of two (2) new e-learning modules and two (2) new hybrid or workshop / physical training programs yearly as deemed fit.
- Responsible for creating and delivering the end-to-end process in module / program design and development together with certifying sufficient training successors.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders, when possible, to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
- Implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and iterate on program content based on feedback and performance metrics (only on suitable program).
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and/or webinars, with minimum hours of 40 - 60 accumulated training hours per quarter, when applicable.
- Manage learning management system (LMS) record updating and other pertinent administrative conduct and ensure all training content is up to date and accessible.
- Conduct each process involved as Training Specialist per the Standard Operating Procedure of each process.
- Support administrative tasks that are relevant and important to holding portfolio as part of business continuity and support system with full accountability.
- Provide support to administration team in reviewing or approving Customer Fact Find (CFF) task and any other important matter (this includes stakeholder's engagement request).
Qualifications
- Minimum degree holder with 5+ years of experience in learning and development or instructional design, with a proven track record of designing impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design and development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively during training platforms, business meetings and other engagements.
- Advanced knowledge of e-learning development tools and technologies, including authoring software and video editing tools.
- Experience with multimedia production and graphic design tools to create engaging learning resources.
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience with data analytics to track agents' progress and outcomes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to evaluating learning effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, demonstrating agility, flexibility and adaptability.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
