Responsibilities
  • Lead purchasing activities to support the company’s strategic objectives and supply chain direction.
  • Review and develop supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and projections.
  • Drive strategic purchasing decisions and build strong supplier partnerships.
  • Set annual cost‑saving and inventory turnover targets; monitor progress against goals.
  • Prepare material cost analysis (RMC) based on annual and monthly sales budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with Customs and LMW regulations within supply chain processes.
  • Establish supplier evaluation criteria and conduct supplier performance analysis.
  • Provide necessary training and guidance to supply chain team members.
  • Maintain effective controls over supply chain and warehouse operations.
  • Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Prepare monthly reports on material consumption, stock movements, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure Quality Management System requirements are implemented within the department.
  • Contribute as a Safety Committee member.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the superior when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
  • Strong knowledge in cost saving activities, material planning, inventory and supplier management.
  • Experience in the plastics industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business software.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
