Job description

As Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing. This role involves responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's projects. This includes preparing marketing plans, coordinating events like sales launches, and conducting market research.

Job Responsibilities
  • To plan, coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company's projects.
  • Work closely with advertising/media agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules.
  • To plan, prepare and execute all marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketing and social media materials.
  • Propose monthly marketing plan, prepare weekly meeting slides on Sales & Marketing related matter.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows.
  • To conduct market research to assess competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
  • To analyze data and provide recommendations for improving marketing and sales strategies.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies/Estate Management or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of proven working experience in related fields is required; experience in property development industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, property knowledge and branding best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bahasa Melayu). Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
