Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities including plant shutdowns and detailed inspection

  • Maintain asset integrity through risk analysis and compliance with ISO standards

  • Maintain maintenance budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency

  • Oversee CAPEX projects related to maintenance and conduct post-performance evaluations

  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies and ISO 14001/45001 standards

  • Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and authorities on maintenance scope and legal requirements

  • Provide technical guidance and training to enhance team performance

  • Monitor and improve maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability and operational stability

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirement
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the related field

  • Degree in chemical engineering or the related field (i.e. mechanical / manufacturing)

  • High experience and knowledge in equipment operation, prevention and maintenance

  • Experience in risk analysis software (API & ASME)
