Overview

Maintaining high customer satisfaction, smooth operations, ensuring legal compliance, identifying measures to lower IT infrastructure costs and increase efficiency for the IT OS provided services on the local site.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for effective stakeholder management and communication to the respective site
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand and advocate their needs and expectations towards standardized OS Infrastructure solutions
• Represent business to IT OS global functions, proactively advocate business opportunities
• Coordinate local maintenance shutdown, monitoring IT infrastructure changes, and serving as the primary point of contact for site infrastructure issues
• Responsible for advising on local legal topics, channeling infrastructure demands, supporting audits and working a project lead for local IT OS projects
• Project Manager role for site and regional projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant equivalent field
• Minimum 5 to 15 years relevant working experience
• Project Management Certified (min. PME certification)
• Experience and ability to manage multiple projects and programs to meet targets
• Strong network of senior leaders and collaboration within the organization
• Effective relationship and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences
• Able to be partner and engage with a diverse group of people, know IT processes & policies and is capable to connect the dots
