Job description

Drive marketing of industrial hire purchase and leasing products to SMEs and new prospects.

Lead, train, and coach the credit and marketing team to ensure compliance with company policies and uphold professional standards.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.

Conduct ongoing review on existing SME customers and assist in collections whenever required.

Work closely with various internal departments to ensure a smooth process in delivery the necessary deliverables to customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development and marketing of leasing and hire purchase products, with proven customer and dealer engagement.

Strong knowledge of customer service and complaint resolution for SME clients and dealers.

Ability to identify market opportunities and develop new prospects.

Extensive experience in executing and monitoring marketing initiatives.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
