Our wholly-owned subsidiary of Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd., Urbancubes Sdn Bhd is the pioneer Industrial Park Manager that provides integrated and sustainable facilities management in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Urbancubes is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Business Development (Marketing & Sales) to lead our growth agenda. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, strengthening market presence, and building long-term client partnerships across our service portfolios, including facilities management, CLQ/TLQ operations, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and partnership prospects.
  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, proposal development, tender submissions, and negotiations.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, digital presence, and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with government agencies, developers, industrial players, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-efficient implementation of initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the BD, Sales, and Marketing team to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in sales, tenders, and market development.
