Sime Darby Property's Management Associate Program (MAP) is designed to develop future leaders through structured job rotations, hands‑on learning, and leadership exposure. Over the course of the program, Management Associates (MAs) will gain in-depth experience across key business functions, preparing them for impactful careers in the property development and investment industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Management Associate, you will:

• Undergo rotational assignments – gain exposure to various business functions such as Property Development, Sales & Marketing, Sustainability, Finance, and Investment/Corporate Strategy.
