Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings and problem solving.
• Handle complaints and suggest solutions amicably.
• Compile hot box list for urgent shipments.
• Ensure after-sales service where necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, Operations, and Accounting.
• Update booking forecast.
• Handle space management with Principal office.
• Promote E-Commerce to customers.
• Assist Sales Team with rates filing.
• Prepare booking report as required.
