Qualifications

• Candidate should have a diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in oleochemical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cargoes and ensure correct shipping from the warehouse.
• Ensure cargoes received are in good condition and tally with documents.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain it properly.
• Receive finished goods and store them in designated areas.
• Load/unload cargos for shipment or transfer to external warehouse.
• Follow SOP and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Assist in stock taking as required.
• Receive packaging materials from suppliers and maintain stock records.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations.

Education

Diploma/Certificates in any related discipline

Experience in oleochemical industry

Job description

To prepare cargoes and ensure correct cargoes ship from internal warehouse.

To ensure cargoes received in good condition and tally versus document before storing/ loading.

Operate forklift safely and carry out regular cleaning and maintenance on forklift.

To receive finished goods from WIP area & store at designated areas/racks.

Responsible for loading/ unloading of cargos for shipment or inter transfer to external warehouse.

Follow SOP and maintain record and checklist properly.

Carry out regular cleaning and maintain good housekeeping in warehouse.

Assist in stock taking as and when needed.

To receive packaging materials delivered by suppliers and maintain stock card figures tally versus actual.

Follow company policy, rules and regulations at all times.

To perform other related duties assigned or requested by the Management from time to time.

Job Success Requirements

• Diploma/Certificates in any related discipline; or
• Preferably working in oleochemical industry.
