We are looking for an experienced Logistics Planner to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our supply chain and distribution capabilities at our Rawang HQ, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business and take ownership of meaningful operational improvements.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide strategic leadership over outbound transportation operations to ensure service reliability, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery performance
  • Own end-to-end transportation planning, including capacity management, truck allocation strategy, delivery scheduling, and escalation management
  • Serve as the primary escalation authority for critical delivery issues, customer disputes, and operational disruptions
  • Drive performance management through KPI tracking, cost control, and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with key customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards while supporting broader business objectives
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics planning or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation management, and inventory control
