A leading immigration consulting firm is looking for a Remote Legal Document Specialist. This role requires advanced English writing and strong structuring skills to write and edit legal documents. Candidates from all backgrounds are welcome, and proficiency in ChatGPT is essential. The position is open to those demonstrating strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. Excellent command of English and Mandarin is preferred to support regional communications.

Clear case strategy: 2 primary standards + complete final merits (overall excellence) argument.
Fluent and Professional document English writing.
Ensure document writing with high quality and efficiency.
Able to independently write/edit academic papers without AI assistance (preferred).

Requirements:
Advanced English writing: Legal argumentative style (not marketing copy).
No minimum years of legal writing experience required, though candidates must demonstrate advanced English writing abilities in legal argumentative style.
Strong structuring: Organize chaotic materials into JSON, matrices, or checklists.
Experience building academic evidence systems (e.g. papers, peer review, citations, conferences)—highly preferred.
Proficient tools: ChatGPT, Word, Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editors (merging, bookmarks, pagination).
Detail-Oriented Professional: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to spot subtle errors in complex documents.

Legal/Law Background Preferred (but not necessary): Prior experience in law, legal review, compliance, or related fields is highly desirable for handling legal documents effectively.
