Job Purpose

To assist the Leasing Department in securing suitable tenants, managing lease agreements, and maintaining an attractive and profitable tenant mix that enhances footfall and revenue for the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and secure new tenants that align with the mall's positioning and customer profile

• Assist in preparing and negotiating lease proposals, agreements, and renewals

• Maintain relationships with existing tenants and support their operational needs

• Monitor lease expiries, rental payments, and tenancy terms to ensure compliance

• Conduct market research to understand retail trends, competitor activity, and rental rates

• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract tenants and boost mall visibility

• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required

• Ensure efficient use of mall space and help improve the overall tenant mix
