Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Malacca City is hiring a Senior Tooling / Design Engineer. In this role, you will lead the design and development of stamping dies and tooling. You will be responsible for CAD-based die design and will work closely with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of tooling. Candidates should have at least 3 years of extensive experience in tooling design as well as proficiency in CAD software such as UG NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks. A strong background in tooling improvement projects is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in tool design or maintenance.
  • Experience in progressive stamping tools for semiconductor leadframes.
  • Proven record in tooling improvement projects.

Responsibilities
