Job summary

A prominent real estate company in Malaysia is looking for a Land Management Assistant to support various land management activities, ensure timely approvals, and liaise with multiple departments. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all related payments under Land Management.
• Liaise with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Finance for seamless operations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for approvals.
• Assist Manager in securing approvals and issuance of titles on time.
• Guide consultants in preparation of Pre Comp/Strata Plans.
• Supervise preparation and submission of land matters.
• Work closely with Contract Dept. and Township in consultant appointments.
• Assist in yearly land matters budgeting.
• Adhere to SDP prevailing code, policy and guidelines.

Education

Degree in Estate Management / Land Management or any technical degree related to Property Development
