Job summary

A local educational organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher / Primary School Tutor to manage a classroom of students. The teacher will develop innovative teaching methods and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Candidates should possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field and have proficiency in Mandarin, English, and BM. Passion for teaching and at least one year of experience are preferred. Accommodation is provided for certain locations.

Job description

Kindergarten Teacher / Primary School Tutor

Handling a classroom of students and teaching them the subject that has been assigned

Find new and productive ways of teaching students, that will help them learn faster, and more efficiently

Teach students of ethical and moral ways to live in the society

Maintain good and friendly relationships with the students and their parents, so that they can communicate openly with the teacher

Teach from the curriculum decided by the HQ, but also give suggestions for improving it

Encourage students to take part in developmental extracurricular activities, and recognize where the students' talents should be put to good use

Finish the course on time and teach the students performance targets set by the school

Attend all the students and teachers meeting

Participate in all the school's functions

Requirements

Possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.

Required written & spoken languages: Mandarin, English & BM

Patient, caring, responsible and passionate about teaching.

On the job training will be provided.
