About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager (Hunter Role) to drive business growth through new client acquisition and strategic account development. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong knowledge of the logistics industry — including fulfillment, customs, and international freight (air & sea) — and a passion for expanding market presence across Malaysia and China-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities across courier, freight, and warehousing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers from China and local clients.
  • Understand clients’ business models and logistics needs to develop customized, value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, product, and customer service) to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profit growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential new clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, solution pitches, and business reviews to prospective clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding, with at least 2 years in sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record in hunting, closing deals, and managing high‑value client accounts.
  • In‑depth understanding of fulfillment, customs regulations, and international freight (air & sea).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with China‑based clients.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
